1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by MapTech Tanzania ("MapTech", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Services

MapTech provides a wide range of ICT solutions, including but not limited to:

• Custom software development and maintenance
• Networking and infrastructure setup
• Security systems (CCTV, Access Control)
• Cloud services and digital transformation consulting
• Branding and digital marketing solutions

Specific service agreements may apply to individual projects and will supersede these general terms where a conflict exists.

3. User Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Violating any local, state, or international laws
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of our systems
• Engaging in unauthorized data collection or "scraping"
• Uploading malicious code or viruses

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in our services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MapTech or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

MapTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

MapTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the services
• Any unauthorized access to our servers and/or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
